South Africa is in a competitive global economy, with enterprises, industries, and service sectors demanding world-class academic, technical, professional skills competence. To meet these expectations, the secondary school education system must deliver high-quality learning experiences that connect all students to real world by building strong foundation of work-related skills. This study’s aim explore corporate world's involvement advancement learners moulding be assets for future workforce. In this study, we borrowed theory Bourdieu’s (1995) Social Theory analyse data answer our question: what degree does benefit learners? We choose constructivist paradigm order use qualitative methodologies investigate reality participants. Semi-structured interviews photovoice were employed collect study. The population sample comprised two schools from which researchers sought acquire learner perspectives’ draw conclusions about how much sector has been able contribute learners. study discovered businesses get involved various ways such as offering bursaries learners, motivational workshops, sports kits, so forth. type usually results improved teaching learning, workplace experience, chances employability.
